How do I create an account?
Tap "Sign Up" and enter your phone number with your country code. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS. Enter the code, create a password, choose a username, and you're in!
I didn't receive my verification code. What should I do?
Make sure you entered your phone number correctly with the right country code. Check your SMS inbox and wait up to 60 seconds. If you still haven't received it, tap "Resend Code". Verification codes expire after 5 minutes.
Can I change my username?
Yes! Go to the Settings tab and tap on your username. Usernames must be at least 3 characters and can only be changed once every 30 days.
How do I reset my password?
Go to Settings, scroll down, and tap "Reset Password". You'll need to verify your phone number with a new SMS code before setting a new password.
What does VIGOR Pro include?
VIGOR Pro ($24.99/month) unlocks the full Business Builder suite: create and sell fitness plans, access client management tools, advanced analytics, AI pricing recommendations, unlimited plan creation, and sell directly on the marketplace with no service fees.
How do I cancel my VIGOR Pro subscription?
Open your device Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > VIGOR Pro > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. VIGOR does not process cancellations directly — all subscription management is handled through Apple.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Go to the Business tab and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the subscription screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
What is the $4.99 service fee on marketplace plans?
Users without a VIGOR Pro subscription are charged a $4.99 service fee when purchasing a community plan, on top of the plan's listed price. This fee supports the platform and is processed through Apple In-App Purchase. VIGOR Pro subscribers ($24.99/month) can purchase marketplace plans without this extra fee.
How does the AI Coach work?
The AI Coach uses advanced AI to provide personalized fitness advice, workout suggestions, nutrition tips, and motivation. Just open the AI Coach from the Home screen and start chatting. Your conversations are processed securely and are not stored by the AI provider.
How do I generate an AI workout?
From the Home screen, tap "AI Workout" to generate a personalized workout plan based on your goals, fitness level, target muscle groups, and available time.
How do I add friends?
Go to the Social tab and search for users by username, or tap the QR code icon to scan a friend's QR code. You can also share your own QR code for others to scan.
How do I publish a fitness plan to the marketplace?
With VIGOR Pro, go to the Business tab and tap "Create New Plan". Add your exercises, set a price, upload up to 10 photos, and tap "Publish" to make it available to the community.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your fitness data, workout history, and plans are stored locally on your device. Phone verification uses secure one-time codes that expire after 5 minutes. All communication is encrypted with HTTPS. We never sell your personal data.
Can I use VIGOR on Android?
VIGOR is currently available on iOS. Android support is planned for a future release.
